Good location in city center. Free parking just in front of hotel. Quiet rooms with all necessary ameneties.
The whole stay was very pleasant. We were 8 friend staying there one night for a motorcycle trip from Greece back to Austria. We booked two big appartements who were very spacious and clean. The breakfast in the coffee house / bar was as well very pleasant. But the best: I have forgotten my Apple ear pods within the appartement and couple days later i gave them a call if they found it. They found the ear pods and did make it happen that i retrieved my ear pods a couple days later. The whole team at the Benelux hotel team is very friendly - a remarkable experience - Thx a lot

Our stay was amazing which is considered the best stay ever in Kosova. The owner is very humble and incredibly supportive also the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The management of the hotel is very generous for all guests’ needs. Moreover, location, breakfast and hospitality were amazing too. I’m really very thankful for this super hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hotel is very new so everything in it is modern & clean. Room was excellent, very comfortable and spacious. The balcony was a bonus as I was able to sit out there in the evening and watch the world go by! No problems with noise, I suspect the room is soundproofed so very impressed with that. Breakfast was good at the cafe underneath the hotel and all the staff I met were friendly and professional. Location was good, hotel is close to the city centre and maybe 10 minutes walk from the bazaar. I'd definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again.
